I gotsa problem. :?

i'm not the only one who uses my PC and printer here at the office, but i use it 99% of the time.

my deal is that when i print ANYthing from Firefox, it prints it infinitesimally smaller than i can even READ it. i've tried to use the zoom function for printing but it just blows it outta wack. i've uninstalled and reinstalled FF but i'm still stuck with this issue.

help!!?!?!?

This might be a print settings issue.

It could also be, as stated above, a text sizing issue. It is possible that you have the text settings set to large font, but you have lowered the size using your mouse (you can hold ctrl and scroll with your mouse wheel to change font size)

maybe you have the settings set to large font, while you have ctrl+scrolled down to normal sized font, but your computer sees it as tiny font...

I dont know

Sure there isn't a printer option like 'fit to page' that's checked that is scaling the pages too small to fit them on A4?

I had this problem with IE a few months back. I have no idea what was causing it, but I believe it's a print setting. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver. Mine went away after I reformatted (hardware change).

I think it is the printer settings and not FF.

turn off the "fit to page width" in the page set up. File -> Page Setup.

And so it doesn't cut pages off I set it to landscape.

Oh, also if you have FF maximized to fit the screen it may cause it to cut off even with it set to landscape due to HTML code resizing the page to fit the width of the browser window. To get around this shrink FF window down smaller until you get the lower (side to side) scroll bar, bump it a smidgen at a time until the bar goes away, then print.

alrighty thanks guys! it's back up and printing correctly now, someone had it to "shrink to fit page" and so somehow that made it print extremely small... odd but at least its back now!
