how do you update the BIOS?

Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra Black edition, socket A

get a floppy, put it on the floppy, then update

I did a little looking and the only Dragon Black edition was the KT333 not a KT400 version!(That I found)

Are you sure you have a KT400 not a KT333?
Whats the model number on the board itself?

BUT, the process is the same for both boards, here's a link to "How to Flash Your BIOS"

I use to have that exact board as part of what is my alias "dragoncooler" is now. Hope it all works for you, JUST BE VERY VERY CAREFUL!!!

Then I would use the BIOS update for the Ultra and not the Ultra Platinum.

On SOYO's site you can search the updates by model number that would probably be your best bet!
