7600gs 256mb/DDR2 driver problem

Okay, this has probably been asked a million times, and there's probably quite a simple solution to this problem, but I'm finding the drivers section kinda hard to understand so here goes:

I need the latest driver for this graphics card, everything's messing up in literally every game I have. I've had that problem before, and I know it's the graphics driver, but I can't find the latest driver for that card. Any help would be greatly apreciated,
