3.3 Voltage is off?

well bio gives me a warning saying that my 3.3v is @ 2.96 and speed fan also gives me this same reading? should i be worried?
E6300 @ 3.51GHz 1.392v

That's just over 10% low which is outside the normal tolerance IF the numbers given are correct. since both progams numbers come from the same M/B sensor,
1]the sensor could be wrong
2] the way the M/B reads the sensor could be wrong
I'd get a good multimeter and check the actual voltage.
also many M/B's/bios's have setting to adjust the onboard voltages, but again I'd want to use a MM to be sure I wasn't overvolting unnessesarily.
