Agreed. I think that same guy got kicked out later that year for trying to steal a laptop. That, at least, is the story I heard.

Well guys it's offical... LR will not be at Quakecon for the second year in a row.... With XFX and Kingston Technology backing out it was a shock, but we stuck it out... Now we have confirmed that no one from ATI/AMD/Intel marketing will be present... Western Digital, VIA, Corsair and so on have all been there in the past and are not going this year... The guys from Tech Report have canceled and it seems that HardOCP isn't doing their workshop this year either... It's tough to pay out of pocket to attend Quakecon when everyone has bailed out from Quakecon in favor of Digital Life and Blizzcon later this year. Since the budget is limited I've canceled the trip and will be using the budget to attend shows like Fall IDF, CES and others that we have already booked.

My GF freaking won motherboard, 2gb of ram, 750watt thermaltake modular PSU, and what were suppose to be 1x 8800 ultra, then she was told 2x 8800's, but was given 2x 8800GTX's. All for playing "The Price is Right" Not to mention the SWAGGGG!!!!

As for me....a deathadder mouse and ANOTHER razor exactamat.

although i got to play lots of games i got about 650 pics i've gotta go through before i put them up somewhere..
