Costom fan grills

Recently, I've agreed to design systems for a couple friends and I wanna add in a special feature sort of as a trademark. Does anybody know of a site that will cut (preferably laser) custom fan grills based on a customers desing?

I know a plase that will water jet cut anything and everything you want. Not sure if they would do this long distance though, they are a fairly small local company here in St Louis.
