best wireless router

OK, looking to replace an aging Dlink wireless router, and it seems no matter what the router is Reviews are all over the place. Anyone seen any solid reviews for wireless routers? I dont need 802.11N, just G with some standard features and good speed.
Opinions ? links? reviews? any and all

What are you connecting to? Another modem (via ethernet), a cable connection or a standard DSL connection (phone)?

connecting to my DSL modem, but not looking for a service specific wireless. i had cable plugged into the DLink at one time, reset it to factory and configured the ppoe settings for my DSL. It has worked great for me , but is starting to get a little hinky, so i want to get a new one in there before it goes cause then all i have to set up would be a FON.

There will probably be reviews all over the place on this one too, but I find that the Linksys WRT54G is hard to beat for the price. For around $50-60 it has pretty decent range and the reliability has been great in my experience. I've used this router for probably 10-12 clients and in my own home. Features and settings are pretty straight forward, but I understand if you want, you can run alternate operating systems on them to get even more security and features.

I recently replaced my netgear 802.11g router with a d-link DGL-4300. I must say that I'm very happy with it, but it is a bit on the pricey side for what you get. Setup was very easy and it is also very customizable. I have had no problems with it, think I've had it for about 3 months now.

The Linksys routers have typically been fairly solid, there are several decent versions of what DaIceMan has. I guess it just depends on what you're looking for.
