So the key numbers here are:
RAM Bandwidth Int Buff'd iSSE2 : 5456 MB/s
RAM Bandwidth Float Buff'd iSSE2 : 5447 MB/s
Try putting them in the same colored slots closest to the CPU sockets and re-run the test and we will see what happens. Do this before you update the BIOS as a different BIOS will make these results useless.

Single Channel:
RAM Bandwidth Int Buff'd iSSE2 : 5456 MB/s
RAM Bandwidth Float Buff'd iSSE2 : 5447 MB/s
Dual Channel:
RAM Bandwidth Int Buff'd iSSE2 : 6399 MB/s
RAM Bandwidth Float Buff'd iSSE2 : 6382 MB/s
averages - 5452MB/s versus 6392MB/s
So you gained 940MB/Sec (nearly 1GB of transfer per second), which is a 17.89% performance increase by having them in the right slot... Glad you posted pictures and I caught that!

tightened the timings from 5-5-5-15 down to what they're rated at 4-4-3-10 (checked and made sure it wasn't 12)
re-test results are:
"SiSoftware Sandra
Benchmark Results
RAM Bandwidth Int Buff'd iSSE2 : 6612 MB/s
RAM Bandwidth Float Buff'd iSSE2 : 6634 MB/s"

Re: the "experience" ***56K DIALUP WARNING!!!!!***
1171MB/Sec better than when you started out tweaking this morning... That's a nice 21.47% improvement in memory bandwidth!
