Re: RON PAUL
Oh man, dangerous territory here, I'm a democrat through and through but if I had to choose a GOP canidate, it'd be Paul. He's really a Libertarian posing as a Republican.

Re: RON PAUL
I don't have a problem with Paul, it's his supporters who bug me. Specifically the ones who claim every failure to cover Ron Paul in the mainstream media is some kind of massive anti-Ron Paul conspiracy. It just rubs me the wrong way when people claim that because "Ron Paul won this internetz poll!" therefore he should get coverage like a Dem or GOP-per. It's more than online support that counts. If you get fired up by Ron Paul, that's great, as most people in the USA are in the "doesn't care" mode about politics, which lets mediocre candidates of both parties get through (and mediocre parties to exist as well). Just don't vent all your support online and then complain when the real world doesn't seem to notice.
My point, for all you "Ron Paul" people out there, is that as much as you may support him and express such support online (I do see a lot of Ron Paul related stuff on Digg...) you have to do things offline if you want the "mainstream media" to pay attention. Plan a rally. Talk to friends. Contact the campaign and see what they would like done.

Re: RON PAUL
I still think they need to pull someone from the streets to be president. Too much corruption going on to vote for any of the MILLIONAIRE morons that run.
I want a pres that lives like I have to live, not how the movie stars do.
Mike
Democratic and Republican parties should also be banned - hell if we cant be together on political agendas why should we have stopped segragation of blacks and whites? All or nothing I say - lets become a UNITED AMERICA and stop all this stupidity.

But this topic is about Ron Paul, the Republican/Libertarian candidate in '08, so try to keep it on subject to keep this topic from getting locked.
As a side note, here's the World's Smallest Political Quiz
