I recently came into possession of two 750GB Western Digital Caviar 7500AAKS drives due to some lucky circumstances. I got rid of my 250GB Caviars, sold them to some friends who don't have my storage needs 8) (no it's not a porn collection, I have none and won't ever have any).

Now, I have some data (music, backups of my laptop) that I want "mirrored" across both drives. Given that Vista's backups have such long file paths that they cause many "backup" utilities to vomit, what should I do? Use a .BAT file and Task Scheduler? I want the "mirror" to run once a day (preferably when I'm asleep).

It's not true RAID1, hence the quote marks
