Holy crap man you need to pick up some cable ties and spare an hour of your time and clean that interior up. The only thing I've done to my case/computer is 5V mod all my case fans, cut a 92MM blow hole in the top of the case, and hot glue my CPU's fan rheostat to a blank 5.25" cover.

Main Rig:
Rheostat, I think it works better than having to reach around the back and mess with the setting.

I don't claim to have the neatest case but this only took and hour.

HTPC:
This was my old case where I cut a window in it. I put it away until I needed a case to house my HTPC. When I pulled it out it was painted bright orange so I half ***ed it and painted it black. Once I build a new HTPC (dual core CPU more RAM/HDDs, etc...) I'm going to buy a nice HTPC case and not have something so ghetto.

Haven't really done all that much to mine really, a few little cuts here and there along with a touch of water cooling.

Thanks..............

I've had the case now for something like 3 or 4 years, seems that I'm always adding/changing something on the thing.

Is that a custom case or a modded Mountain Mods case? It looks like you have a separate loop for your video card how big is the radiator?

Slightly modded solid topped Mountain Mods U2 UFO, so it's nothing all that special.

Video card is on it's own small loop, at one time the video loop had a Swiftech MCR220QP but that was completely over kill for a little 7900GT so I opted for a little MCR120QP during my last rebuild, idle and load temps stayed about the same as they were with the larger radiator.
