Exclusive visit to Valve Software in the US

Post by Apoptosis »

These guys got fed up without having HL2 so they went to valve and took some shots of the guys at work... kinda...

Does anyone else see a bottle of beer sitting on the concept artist / 3D modeller desk just behind him? Damn it... Stop getting drunk and make my video games!

It is no wonder their codes leak and cheats are ready before the game is even released!

Well, it's nice to let people in and let them look at you working. You at least gice some proof that you're doing something :)
Valve must be really careful, so HL2 won't end up as vaporware...

I think I might be drinking more than 1 beer , if i was working on a project which as much pressure/problems as HL2.
Does anybody think it's weird that 100 guys left collage in Belgium to go to Bellevue,wa.so that 20 of them could take a tour at valve? are they studying Geek?

what is probably even sadder than that is there were proabbly 1000 original contestants. then those 1000 got a 10% chance to go then a 20% chance out of the 10%.

"What would you say the chances are of a nerd like me going to a nerd mecca like that?"

"I'd say around 1 in a million."

"SO UR TELLIN ME THERES A CHANCE!"
EET anyone?

How come Valve has enough time to do a couple of tours?
And their security looks top notch!
