Monitor Frames Per Second

Well i`d like to see how my systems doing with all the games i`ve been playing how can i monitor the FPS (frames per second) while i play a game? is their such a program?

There's a program called FRAPS it will display the current frames per second on screen while you play the games letting you know how it's running.

Xfire will do it too. (For 32 bit.)
