NVIDIA has launched their new flagship video processor for mobile computers, the GeForce 8800M GTX and 8800M GTX. NVIDIA wants to power your DX10 notebook and took a huge leap forward in technology by introducing this new hardware architecture. Already, Dell, Alienware, and Sager are offering the new 8800M in one of their many notebook configurations. Let's take a closer look what NVIDIA is serving up.

Looks to be a serious amount of graphics power, just don't expect to be able to have kids if you play this on your lap.

It's honestly a great notebook... It was the first time I felt that my Dell M1710 notebook was dated

I bought a Toshiba Satellite with a Geforce 8700m in it, I dont suppose they said anything about upgrades for those who already have an 8700m MXM card

Also an 8700m can play Crysis at 1440x900 with everything on medium and still get about 20fps so I can only imagine how well two 8800m GTX's run Crysis!
