SMP folding - server issues 2/11.

Post by Bwall »

Judging from the two of my clients that aren't sending work back and our abysmal point total for the day, I'd say the SMP servers are not accepting WU's back but is still giving them out. This seems to be affecting Linux and Win SMP. More people are starting to report the problem over at the folding forum.

edit: i would just let em sit until they get things sorted out.

I would not worry about points being updated. Sometimes there are delays. Most of the time everything works out.

Just want to say you are kicking some ass! Congrats! Wish I could have all those rigs.

Keep doing what you are doing!

We moved up in the ranks for the time being. Those ps3's are kicking our ass. I want to buy about 20 of those suckers, but I know I Natasha would not go for it. We are fixing up our bedroom and buying new furniture.

I o.c. to 3.2 from 2.66. Not much improvement, if any at all. Still waiting for the Intel mobile chips to come out. I'll have that folding 24/7, too.

Don't worry, be happy! Fold on! :)

I wouldn't go that far, but it looks like the SMP server is down, well at least one of them. So that means no Sending in or Recieving WUs. F@H is aware of the problem. Give it till tomorrow, it'll be fixed by then.

I grew up in MA. I lived in MI. for three years. I went to college in NY. I did my share of freezing my ass off. [-X Did I mention that I was in the Coast Guard for 8 years. 2.5 years I was stationed in Maui, HI. :partyman:

According to a post on the forums by Vijay, it looks like it's sorted. Now I just need my machine to try again. ](*,)

I'm in. work unit up'd. new unit down. back in business.

And... let's not even start with cold. I'm sitting in about 1-1.5" of ice/sleet/freezing rain, with another inch to fall over night. Just praying the wind doesn't pick up and start taking out power lines. My daughter's medical equipment - electricity = not good.
