I calculated the total income of money smf receives from charter members this year. (2007) I saw that there were 15 pages of charter members. The charter membership costs $50. Since there are 14 pages of charter members with 30 per page and 1 page of 28. I found that there are 448 charter members this year. The final income for it was $22,377.6. Also this year is not a popular charter member year or at least not until smf2 is released. Also add the money they get from ads and donaters to the project. Now I can see why the make more money than invision or vbulletin. We don't need to include phpbb or mybb becuase they barely make over 2000 a year from advertisements...
