I think i need to format my computer and re-install windows.
List of Errors so far:
1. Mouse is very temperamental
2. That is windows media player when minimized

3.blackscreen at the start of windows for a few minutes.
4. Windows media player wont burn disc's

4-5 months no problem till now, ive done virus checks ive scanned for spyware, nothing turns up Well their was spyware, like on most computers but i got rid of it.

kappage would you mind shrinking that sig a little bit? It takes half the screen on my 1400X900 laptop, I can just imagine how it looks on the majority of our members that use 1024x768 and lower.

I have a lot of computers come through with similiar issues...

1) Run CCleaner ( http://www.ccleaner.com )
2) Run Dial-A-Fix ( http://wiki.djlizard.net/Dial-a-fix ) - ( ALL options, and click the hammer at the bottom)
3) Check Disk It ( Chkdsk c: /f /r )
4) Defragment It
5) Update It
6) Msconfig & Trendmicro's Hijackthis ( http://www.trendmicro.com )

Pretty much solves 90% of issues

i will give those a shot, and also i am now getting a PCI serial port driver error, and a Unknown device
