or a way to download a media center without installing another windows.
I ran into some complications with vista. I very much like the looks of it and thought it was much better than xp.. I know no one else agrees but, thats besides the point..
back to topic
I am trying to find a program like the media center in vista it was very fluid and very smooth running. Is there any programs out like this for pictures or media? I found a few but, they are all linux exclusive for example. mythtv and freevo. I want something kinda like the media center no matter how hard it is to run or whatever I just like it to look clean thanks for whoever knows of something
how about a windows media center alternative

Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition is a freeware product for photos.

"Discover the basics of photo editing and sharing with Adobe® Photoshop® Album Starter Edition software, the free software that makes it easier than ever to view, find, fix, and share your photo memories. It's fast, easy, and best of all — it's free!"
Nero has PhotoShow Express (Freeware). It's more multi media for photos, sound and animation.

"Nero PhotoShow Express is fun and simple to use. Capture, enhance, and manage your digital photos, create musical slideshows, make screensavers, and even order customized photo gifts (calendars, mousepads, and mugs). Digital Photos come to life with entertaining musical slide shows (PhotoShows) to share with family and friends online via e-mail or your own Nero PhotoShow Circle Web site."
I'm not aboard the Vista band wagon either. XP has everything I need today.
