I never realised how crap deloreans are without all the time travel gear (especially the inside) :axe:

The Delorean is rising from the ashes in 2008 since a company bought out the rights and old inventory. It'll be made in the states and assembled one at a time for a mere $57k each. That's what the article said in this months Popular Science magazine.

60 thousand dollars for a DMC! :shock: thats just rediculous, most people would only think its worth that if it was a BTTF remake(one that doesnt go back in time obviously, though an upgrade to that would be nice :mrgreen: )

The article mentioned that the original V6 engine is being dropped for some performance engine. I'd have to pull the article again from my son's room.

It would have been nice to see a HEMI or Viper engine in that car. :P

Keep in mind how old the car is, and that one doesn't look like the interior was kept very well.

They make "new" deloreans still. They have the original bodies, etc that were never produced and they make to order. I saw it on the History channel on a show about the 80's.
