Folder Syncing

Anyone know of a great ***FREE*** folder syncing program? Right now i am using allway sync and love everything it has to offer, but from what i hear it will stop after while and force you to buy the pro version to keep running. I am running it more for backups rather than to keep directories the same on mutliple devices. So if you know of a good backup program, that will work too. :)

i looked at one time and couldn't find anything i liked, ended up with ViceVersa which isn't free but its great software...

I used this one for quite some time.
Always did a good job.
Haven't tried it on Vista ...
