New Xbox details leak onto the Internet

Pictures and details about Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox 360 gaming console have been leaked onto the Internet. These pictures and information were supposedly gathered at the official launch party of Microsoft before the company unveiled its gaming console to the masses later on MTV.

Although the design and information about the new Xbox 360 have been on the Internet for a long time, the reports only confirm the speculative reports from numerous websites and forums dedicated to the new gaming console. The information gathered at the party confirms that the console will be white in color and is designed to stand on one side. It will support a wireless controller and a remote control that will handle audio and video playback. The pictures leaked depicted the console with a web camera and a headset. Microsoft’s Xbox 360 will also support customizable skins for the power button on the console itself.

Microsoft did not confirm the images or the information, but did conclude that everything readers are reading is just purely speculation.

Although quite a bit of information has made its way to the Internet, some critical information is still missing. The information in question is the official shipping date of the console, packaged accessories, the final cost, and if standard Xbox games will be compatible with the newer console.

Microsoft will bring the Xbox 360 to E3, which is one of the world’s largest gaming expos held annually in Los Angeles, California, to answer and officially reveal information about its upcoming gaming console.

Microsoft rival Sony Corp. will also have some information on its PlayStation 3, but the console itself is not expected to enter retail channels until next year.

i was thinking about posting about the new xbox a few days ago, but i dont really like consoles, so i said "to hell with it. i'll let someone else post about it."
