PNY Jump Starts ‘I AM a Nets Fan’ Photo Contest and Nets Metropolitan Madness Basketball Challenge

Parsippany, NJ – March 10, 2009 - PNY Technologies®, Inc. (“PNY”), a global leader in flash memory, USB flash drives, solid state drives, computer memory upgrade modules, as well as consumer and professional graphics cards, has partnered with Nets Basketball to announce the “I AM a Nets Fan” photo contest and participation in the Nets Metropolitan Madness Basketball Challenge.

For the second year, PNY has teamed up with Nets Basketball to offer another great sweepstakes to local fans. To participate in the “I AM a Nets Fan” photo contest, fans must enter at www.pny.com/netscontest and submit a photo of them showing off their Nets pride. The winner will be selected on or around March 31st, which is the final date to submit entries, and eligibility is limited to fans who reside within a 75 mile radius of the IZOD CENTER, located in East Rutherford, NJ.

One grand prize winner will be selected to receive four VIP tickets to the April 13th home game vs. Charlotte, dinner at the Winners’ Club, an autographed Nets basketball and an assortment of PNY flash merchandise. Details for entering by mail are available on the entry web page.

PNY is also participating in the Nets Metropolitan Madness Basketball Challenge. As a current corporate sponsor, PNY was invited to take part in this 64-team tournament being held during March. Throughout the tournament, for every point PNY scores, they will make a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® in support of their mission to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
