Gaming rig going 7

so i have my gaming rig on win7 now(permanent now), and i am having two problems, i know that to have multi-gpu folding you need a 'spare' monitor enabled so each card effectively has its own 2D space to fold on, but i can't seem to get 7 to get off a sole primary monitor, my LG Flatron; any setting i'm missing? i looked in the nvidia control panel and the display settings part of the control panel, i can't it to recognize an option for a second monitor, even when not in SLI

secondly, i just can't get smp to installi run the extracter/installer, then run install.bat, that goes fine, but i setup a shortcut on the desktop and set -configonly, all it does is flash a dos window and close immediately

well i got dual GPU to work with 7, now for getting SMP!
