Williams brings SandForce more than 30 years of top financial management, IPO, and acquisition expertise in various storage and networking organizations. He also strengthens the company’s executive management team as it builds on its impressive financial and SSD Processor market success having garnered numerous coveted accolades including the Global Semiconductor Alliance’s “Startup to Watch” Award.

Before joining SandForce, Williams recently led Infinera, a leading provider of digital optical networks, through a successful IPO during his four year tenure as CFO. His previous experience includes highly successful contributions in the CFO positions at Maxtor Corporation, Western Digital Corporation, Aruba Wireless Networks, Rhapsody Networks, and Netigy Corporation. He also holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
