In DRAM spot market today, due to the active demand on 512Mb(64*8)400MHz chip, and also the available quantity in spot market was obviously reduced, the price kept lifting 4.24% to USD4.09, which also affected the price of 256Mb(32M*8) chips. Prices of mainstream chips 256Mb(32M*8)400MHz/333MHz/266MHz were adjusted upward to USD2.09/USD/2.25/USD2.072 respectively, transactions were limited. For UTT(ETT), it was affected by the strong demand on blank modules, the price boosted 5.1% to USD2.018, with few deals.
For NAND Flash market, due to the overall demand was decreased, most vendors kept adjusting their price downward, however, there were some demands on 8Gb, and the price rebounded, with limited transactions. Prices of mainstream chips 1Gb/2Gb/4Gb/8Gb and 16Gb were adjusted to USD7.49/USD14.67/USD25.85/USD44 and USD75.54, 1Gb descended 1.32% noticeable.
