ATI has just posted the second Catalyst driver of the year in the form of Catalyst 6.2 (note a week or so ago they also posted their second beta driver to be used with Microsoft Vista). ATI has also now introduced a new wizard based interface for Catalyst Control Center that greatly simplifies setting up and using the most commonly used tasks in the user interface.
This is also the first Catalyst web posted driver that does support the X1900 XT and XTX (and 1900 Crossfire) family of cards. The driver is around 35MB in size.
