Woah dude, chill out with the caps! It looks like your shouting! :P

Right first off you will need a video codec for converting your video source into a compressed file size for storage on your computer. I would reccomend something like DivX (with 15 day free trial to see if you like it), or you can use something else if you want like mpeg1, mpeg2 etc.

Next you need the mini-DIN vivo cable that came with your card, this will have s-video and composite video (yellow) out and in. Use s-video if your source has it as it is better picture quality.

You will also need some form of audio input, if you have a sound card this will have some form of audio input (else you will have to use the computers microphone port). Connect the audio cable from your source audio, it will probably be in component form (Red: Audio right channel, White: Audio left channel) which will probably need to go to a 2.5mm mic jack on your PC (a cable like this.)

And then theres some software tomfoolery, which im not so sure about, anyone else care to offer a hand?
