What is exactly needed for water cooling?
obviously you need:
Pump
Radiator thingy
pipe and the liquad

but for the pump what is it just a strong fish tank pump or somthing?

JukeBox: Currently in an Upgrade but im too lazy to do it at the moment

I highly sugest you look at this post and read what he has done. That is an excellent place to start. I also recommend you look at the other "pre built" kits to get an idea of what parts you'll need.

Basically you'll need the following:

A Radiator and fan (also called a Heat Exchanger)
A CPU water block
Tubing
A pump (there are special pumps made for this application)
and a coolent.
