Why companies put ingame patching when it doesn't work is beyond me. I have tried and tried to get COH:OF patched. When doing it ingame it won't let me at all. It says that the DL failed. I turned off all of my firewalls and tried again...I promptly failed again.
So I autoplayed the CD and used the update link there and this page loaded up:
http://www.companyofheroesgame.com/updates/
Why the hell would you put a link to the old game and not the expansion pack is beyond me.
So I went to searched Google and found a patch page for OF, but they have 50 or so links. So I DLed the latest one, but it tells me that I am trying to patch a game that is already patched up to date.
I can't figure this out. I am soooo pissed that I have now worked over an hour and a half trying to get this game to work. I can't even play SP till I patch it up-to date, because when I try to get past the patch screen it requires I either patch or exit to Windows.
Any help?

Re: COH:OF Patch issues
My game didn't require a patch. I just installed and played (Single Player).
I haven't tried multiplayer, so this may be the issue.

Re: COH:OF Patch issues
Someone pointed me to the THQ site and they fixed it. Relic didn't have anything about patching it. Seems the patch procedure was borked and rather than letting it be known to the world, they didn't really advertise the issue.
