He is tantalisingly close, but hasn't returned anything in the last two updates ](*,)

Pre-Emptive congrats when whatever is broken gets fixed and your WU's get sent in!

Thanks guys! 8) I should break through later today, we have her family in town so we are sleeping in the room where most of the magic (folding) happens. With the heat that's produced by the 98GTX and 98GX2 I had to shut them down, I was hoping I had enough to smash 2 mill in the updates, guess not.

So production is going to be "low" until Monday, then on Wednesday I will have another addition to the farm. :supz:

Almost back up to full strength today, problem is one rig doesn't seem to want to keep a connection to the work server so it is taking another day off. I was planning to have it down this evening anyway to transplant the 9800 GTX into the same machine as the 9800 GX2. This is in preparation for the GTX 260 v2.0 that will be arriving tomorrow. That should make the "monster" a 16k ppd machine, not too bad and something I will be pushing to improve upon in the coming weeks.

So my question is, and maybe it deserves its own thread, when do we crack 200k ppd? :supz:

As soon as you send a couple of those GTX 260's my way...LOL

Mike

Maybe when the other systems from Apop get up and folding? Dunno if that will do it all or not.

I hope to have my core system running by Wednesday night. Gotta strip some parts from some old machines around here to get it going until I can order the new parts I want. It won't be pretty, but that's not the point anyway. :)

Ok, good news is I got the new GTX 260 core 216, EVGA actually shipped me a Super Clocked edition instead of the basic model!!!
Bad news is that I don't have it folding just yet, still having an issue with the client on that machine not wanting to download new WU's. I did get it to do 1 WU and it was flying, 7680ppd without any overclock. Also, it's now clear that the two machines I have up and folding cannot be in the same room together because of the heat, I will be looking at ways to spread the heat out. So...still getting things sorted out but as of now my base production is pretty good.

I'm coming for you KnightRid! :axe:
