Re: advice for ibuypower rig
ok, so the rig has been built but i am having a ton of trouble with the mobo. i think newegg may have sent a bad one. heres the deal..
Connected: case power switch, one disk drive, one memory stick, case fans, system fan, 12 volt rail, ATX power to the mobo and the mnonitor is conected to the onboard VGA. No videio card is installed yet the mobo signals a series of long beeps which according to tne mobo manual, means the video card is not installed correctly. Makes no sense if there is no video card installed.
heres a link to a video of the problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSxEnJMAVLc
and heres a link to a list of all the parts: https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySa ... D=14744188 ( if this link does not work, search 'new rig 1' on newegg in their wish list section)
help!

Re: advice for ibuypower rig
I believe that is the beep when the RAM isn't installed or installed incorrectly. Reseat the RAM and try again.

The wish list is empty.
