LOS ANGELES--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ:ADBE) today announced the winners of the 2011 MAX Awards. The winners received their awards tonight at MAX 2011 in Los Angeles in a ceremony hosted by comedian Rainn Wilson. Now in its ninth year, the MAX Awards is a global program highlighting innovative uses of Adobe® software and technology to create high-impact advertising and branding, design, entertainment, enterprise and digital publishing applications that reach customers across multiple computing platforms and devices.
Hundreds of entries were received from designers and developers worldwide. The top 18 entries across six categories were identified as finalists by a panel of Adobe judges and industry experts. In an online voting event open from September 27, 2011 through October 4, 2011, the public voted for their favorite finalists.
