yeah but "only" @ 2.5GHz (~13hrs dual prime / multiple superpi / memtest / game stable)....I started getting the lock-ups when I start a video file, so I was thinking it was a software issue....
I don't want to reinstall unless i haveto, so i used Knoppix and ran 2x instances, I ran 1 instance on the desktop and the other in another console....It locked up after 20mins...I tried 2.4Ghz and 1.5v!
I checked what WU's were being crunched to see if there's a trend (2x Large WU's or gromacs etc.)...It happens with all wu's..

I tested stock for a while and it also locked up (with auto settings in bios too!)
but i'm using the tccd sicks and haven't tweaked them for stock! so it might be a OC issue, expecially since I'm using an expert board and vstrom's using an opty... that's why I'm asking if someone can also test running @ 75% aswell

the quicker i/we can fix this the sooner my PPD gets back to normal!

well im running 2 instances using the consle on my X2 at 100% one with 10 priority the other regular priority.

All i can suggest is hitting memtest, it sounds like it could be your memory settings as folding does use alot of memory bandwidth.
