"Updated processor support." Um, where? Nothing seems to have changed on their supported cpu page.
Edit: It's nice to see that Intel has addressed those USB issues, however if they weren't going to seriously support PS/2 they should never have included the port. I would have saved myself oodles of time and effort from the beginning.

There was an update to the supported processor list recently, and this list was updated to include the 1333MHZ FSB CPUs. However, after about 24-36 hours, Intel took the 1333MHZ CPUs in the supported list down.IRQ Conflict wrote:"Updated processor support." Um, where? see

Also, processor support update could mean a new microcode revision for one or more of the supported CPUs.

Well I just flashed mine and I'm going to do some benchmarking. Can't say it did anything pro or con for me so I guess that's a good thing.

I did notice that while OCing with 2770 the watchdog gave me no grief. After installing 2777 I had to disable watchdog again to post. *sigh.

Re: Intel D975XBX2 New Bios Alert, Version 2777
Was anyone able to run BX97520J.86A.2777.EB.EXE on Vista x64? I get an application error, and I had to burn an ISO image on a CD and upgrade the BIOS that way.
