Outlook

Is there a way to set outlook to prompt before sending a message to the sent items folder? I am looking for a way to lessen my total storage usage to avoid email jail (when I can't send b/c admin limit).

Tools >options >preference tab >email options > uncheck the 'save copies to sent items'

You can place sent items into another folder below the Personal Folders, that dosen't limit your max. space. Our Personal Folders are on the C: drive and not on the network drive. It's funny to see my Personal Folder .pst file at over 860Mb.

Are you running Outlook on Win2000 or WinXP? WinXP is the best to use for managing the Junk mail. Outlook for WinXP has more options and abilities.
