I plan on playing cs,w3,wow and a few others game and will this be a silent case(not completely but not too loud) and would this power supply last me and have the power cables i need in order to build my computer.
this is my first computer.. i plan on building the one i'm using atm was half built by myself(my friend and i built it)
am i missing any additional components?

CPU HEATSINK:
Gigabyte Rocket Cooler Pro(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=13116)
Value:$82.50
Look elsewhere. From what I remember about reviews on this cooler is the cooling is average and the noise is high. Pickup a Scythe or Thermalright with a nice Scythe S-Flex fan.
RAM:
Kingston DDR2 2GB (2x1GB) 667Mhz Non-ECC CL5 DIMM Value Ram(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=23471)
Value:$119.00
If you plan on overclocking try and find some 800Mhz RAM. I've seen OCZ cheap with mail in rebates lately. Maybe you can find some.
Graphics Card:
GIGABYTE NX76G256D-RH GEF7600GS, 256MB, DDRII, PCIEx16, DSUB, TV-OUT, DVI, HDTV(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=18661)
Value:$114.40
This card is not that great at gaming. If you can try and pick up a 8600GT or if you can't afford it look for a 8500GT or HD2600XT.
HardDrive:
Seagate Barracuda 320Gb 7200RPM 16Mb SATA 2(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=18224) X2
Value:$95 x 2 = $180
Unless you are setting up RAID I'd just pick up a single bigger hard drive.
Optical Drive:
Pioneer DVR-212D SATA DVD Re-Writer (18x/8x Dual Layer Black)(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=23615)
Value:$51.70 x 2 =$103.40
There is no reason to pick up 2 burners. Every burning program I've used in the last 6 years only requires you have one drive. Save yourself $51.70 and add the cost to better RAM/CPU/GPU.
Speakers:
1st Preference:Logitech Z5400 $304 @ MSY (http://www.mrgadget.com.au/catalog/logi ... -2221.html)
Seems like a lot of money to spend on speakers when you'll be using just the onboard sound. If you are set on some Logitech speakers pick up the Z-5300e's and save yourself $200. I have this setup and they get pretty loud and work just fine. I know you don't have newegg but this is the set.

The video card you have listed is weak and the CPU heatsink is loud. The power supply you have listed is fine, unlike what manufacturers want you to think computers are getting more energy efficient with every new generation.

Hmmmm....interesting build. I'm not an expert builder by any means, but let me give this a shot to help you out. Your budget seems to be ~ $1400, but you don't have an OS listed. You will need to buy one for the new build. You going with XP or Vista? (this will effect some of your component decisions)

1. Motherboard choice is fine. I like Asus boards.
2. Unless you plan to overclock, then the HSF that comes with the CPU may be sufficient. It is for my build (below).
3. I recommend 800Mhz Ram...Corsair has some really nice rebates...2GB for around $60.
4. Go with the E6750, it is an excellent cpu for around $190.
5. With Vista, consider the 8500 or 8600GT. with XP, consider the 7900GS or 7950. (this is a gamer rig, right?)
6. Good hard drive choice for the budget. I would go with a 10,000 raptor if the budget allowed. (faster loading of games / levels.)
7. PSU - If you wanna spend that kind of money, go with Corsair 520 or Corsair 620, a PSU that is built to last.
8. You can find a larger LCD, like 20"-22" for around the same money or less. Sceptre, Viewsonic, etc.
9. Speakers? I personally could find much better ways to spend $300...like upgrading the cpu and video card.

Thats something to get you thinking, good luck on the build. 8)

Well ok i replaced some of my parts

Ram:
Corsair DDR2 2GB PC-6400/800 (2xXMS2 1GB) TWIN2X2048-6400 Ram(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=19912)
Value:$147.40

Graphics Card:
ASUS EN8600GT-2DHT-256 GF8600GT, 256MB, DDR3, PCIEx16, HDTV, 2xDVI-I(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=23822)
Value:$155

HDD:
Seagate Barracuda 500Gb 7200RPM 16Mb SATA 2(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=18226)
Value:$175

Optical Drives:
2x-Asus DRW-1814BLT SATA Lightscribe DVD Re-Writer (18x Dual Layer Black)(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=27047)
Value:$64.90 x2 = $129.80

Practically i jst want to insert a normal disc into 1 drive and insert a blank disc into the burner that way it burns faster.

CPU Heatsink
Thermalright HR-01-PLUS(http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/23571/)
Value:$59

Thats it i guess now to calculate my budgeted my budget and well i'm at $1450 excluding router+adapter+speakers so guess i'll be getting cheaper speakers and yeah my budget was $1500 ..i'm still a school kid so yeah =='' dont earn much ..i work like 5 hours a week lol

You'll like that Thermalright better than that 3D Rocket. Like I said if you want it quiet pick up a Scythe S-Flex fan. I honestly think that "on the fly" ripping like you are talking about takes longer. When I copy a CD/DVD now it creates a temporary image to my hard drive and then burns to the blank disc. Your hard drive is a lot faster reading/writing than any optical drive available. I think the fastest DX9 card while being the cheapest is the X1950 Pro. It will be faster in DX9 games than a 8600GT but it isn't DX10 capable. I guess you'll have to make up your mind there which route you want to go. To save some money now and apply it to other parts I'd just get a single 320GB hard drive (considering the price difference) and get one later when you need it. The upside to that too is by the time you need more space you'll be able to get more storage for a cheaper price.

man...u made it easier to decide ^^ thanks =D u made a lot of sense looks like 320gigs it is lol and the graphics card you suggested

further changes lol
HardDrive:
Seagate Barracuda 320Gb 7200RPM 16Mb SATA 2(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=18224)
Value:$96

guess i could now invest it into the cpu

CPU:
Intel CORE 2 DUO E6550/ 2.33GHz/ 4MB CACHE/ 1333FSB/ LGA775(http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/pro ... s_id=25226)
Value:$214.00

Monitor:
ASUS VW202T - (http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/23607)
value:$339.00

my new value is $1461 which is actually better considering the cpu and upgrade in the monitor and downgrade with the hdd but i guess its worth it

Where are you from? Your prices are high! The E6750 is $190 at Newegg. Can you shop at Newegg, Tigerdirect, zipzoomfly, Clubit, Frys, etc.?

Nice changes you've made to the build. 8)

I think the power supply has been lost in the post edits, what was it?

I echo everything that has been said before, but will put emphasis on going with xp and a high end 7 series card instead of vista and a midrange 8 series card. Vista may look pretty, but it will impact your game framerate for the worse, and the whole OS just feels generally sluggish to me.

All his links end in .au so I'm assuming it's Australia.

I think it was an Antec 550W or Cooler Master 550W. I can't remember either.

Man you are dead set on two DVD drives. Have you looked around for a X1950 Pro? It will be faster than a 8600GT and since you said you're sticking with XP you don't need the DX10 features of the 8600GT.

*EDIT*
An example...
X1950 Pro = $124.83
8600GT = $118.83
http://www.legitreviews.com/article/486/1/

*EDIT 2*
Don't forget to pickup a fan for that Thermalright heatsink. It doesn't come with one and I wouldn't recommend running your brand new C2D to an early death because you didn't pick up a fan.

I'd get this one for the Thermalright heatsink.
http://www.pccasegear.com/prod3652.htm

That's the model video card but you can find a X1950 Pro 256MB card for less. You don't have to get a X1950 Pro but for the price difference here in the US it seems like a better buy. if you can't find the X1950 Pro for a little more money than the 8600GT then just pick up a 8600GT.

This comes with a fan from what I've read is a nice heatsink. I don't know what state this is in or if it makes a difference but this is an Australian retailer.
